I started mosaicing about 15 years ago and my attraction to this art form grew out of my love of vintage china.  I am also an antique dealer so I come across chipped dishes, vintage jewelry, and various trinkets that I incorporate into my work.  Half of the fun for me is hunting for materials to use in my projects.  I like to decorate home accessories such as table tops, picture and mirror frames, stools, lamp bases, bird houses, stepping stones, trays, etc. with mosaic.  My designs are more of a whimsical or abstract style, rather than realistic.
