I have been a mosaic artist for about 8 years. I took one class and fell in love with it. I enjoy seeing the process from an idea in my head, to a drawing I create, to color and material selection and then cutting, chipping and grinding glass and china to have that idea become a piece of mosaic art.

I love anything that sparkles and shines so working with glass, china and beads feeds that love completely.

I choose happy subjects because every day we all face the realities of life. I find that flowers, birds, nature and beautiful colors help balance our lives in a positive way. I think art should lift our spirits and feed our souls. I hope my mosaic art might do that for you.
